 Mix a pack of Shih-Kang Nasal Washing Salt (Drug free, not table salt. Contain minerals, trace elements and natural ingredients to protect the nasal mucus.) with 300 ml lukewarm water in a comfortable temperature or around 37¢J. Do not use salt substitutes or iodized salt.

 Close the water hole of the Nasal Washer. (Turn the Nasal switch downward ) as showed in Picture A.

 Pour the Nasal Washing Salt solution into the Nasal Washer.

 Close the cap.

 Use one hand to hold up the bottle and seal the air hole with the forefinger tightly as Picture B shows.

 Use the other hand to open the water hole of the Nasal Washer (turn the switch and pull it upwards to the fixed position / It has to be secured in position properly so that it will not shrink to close the outlet.) as Picture C shows.

 Lean forward; open your mouth wide to breath. Fit the water hole to one of the nostrils (make sure the nasal switch fits to the nostril properly).Loosen the air hole and the solution will flow in through one nostril and out from the other naturally. Pause the movement by sealing the air hole with your forefinger. To avoid choking, do not swallow when practicing nasal cleansing.
